The Allotments were re-established a number of years ago and have gone from strength to strength since 2009. In 2014 we have installed a number of raised beds.

As well as providing beautiful inexpensive homegrown fruit and vegetables, allotment gardening with Devenish Partnership Forum also provides health and well-being and social benefits.

It creates the opportunity to make new friends and socialise with other residents who enjoy a similar rewarding pastime.

Our current allotment holders tell us of the enormous satisfaction that they get by producing their own crops and how they get a sense of well-being by joining in the community days that we organize down in the allotments.

DPF is committed to improving the quality of life for the people of the Devenish area but we also welcome others from outside our community.

Recently work has been made on improving the path and walkways around our allotment area and also new bedding has been put in place for the upcoming summer months, all of which has made our nature reserve a more attractive place for our allotment holders to spend there free time.

If you are interested in taking on an allotment, please contact by emailing or telephone 028 6632 7808.

Allotment Gates:

Allotment holders will receive their own key for the gate and the water tap in order to prevent misuse of the allotment site.

It is our aim to continue to make this site an area of interest.  To keep updated about developments on the Nature Reserve please follow us on Facebook or register for updates via text messaging by contacting Roisin McCusker.

Nature Reserve:

A 12 acre site, situated in Yoan Road, Enniskillen, is owned by the DPF. It is an area surrounded by water and filled with beautiful natural woodland, shrubs and wildlife. It is our aim to make this site an area of interest. To keep updated about developments on the Nature Reserve please follow us on Facebook and our Twitter page. We have recently completed a refurbishment project funded by DSD Neighbourhood Renewal with all the paths resurfaced, new bridges and Board walks. This is a great asset to a housing estate and to make use of  the great facility you can enter the Reserve via Corban Avenue on the Yoan Road.
